Hier ist einer der Texte aus dem Englisch-Test. Vielleicht hilft es ja dem Einen oder Anderen. War aber meines erachtens zu schaffen.

Hab mir cleverer Weise die ersten zwei drei Sätze notiert und bei Google mal gesucht. Das Netz ist halt ne tolle Erfindung. Macht was draus, vielleicht bekommt ihr den selben.

also leute, einfacher kann man sich nicht vorbereiten

Also bei uns war dieser Test heute Dienstag 24.01.06 in beiden Gruppen nicht dran! Ist aber trotzdem zu schaffen!

Naja wer sich auf den test vorbereitet kann nix falsch machen. Besser als "gar nix" zu tun, sollte man als Übung sehen. Wer war denn dein Übungsleiter Joe?

The S12 manufactured by Fritz Studer AG (Thun, Switzerland) is a new cylindrical grinding machine for the production of small and medium-sized high-precision components. Controlling precisions in the range of tenths of a micron requires operating in the area of hundredths of a micron.

This machine is designed to grind dimensions that are essential for the production of the latest generation of diesel engines, which use highpressure direct fuel injection. The S12 offers a distance between centers of 150 mm, a height at center of 175 mm, and a grinding wheel diam of 500 mm.

The heart of the machine is what Studer describes as a completely new, patented drive/guide system based on highprecision positionable linear motors. Extremely rigid guide tables with hydrostatic bearings are magnetically pretensioned. In-feed movement can be programmed in 10-nanometer (nm) steps. The linear motors permit in-feed speeds as high as 30 m/min with acceleration to 3 m/sec^sup 2^.

Overall system thermal stability is ensured by an integrated cooling device that keeps the motors, hydrostatics, and electronic components at a constant temperature. The machine bed is made from Granitan, a composite with very good vibration-damping qualities and temperature stability.

Because of its modular design, the S12 allows simultaneous external and internal grinding, as well as centerless grinding. Spindles with a wide performance range permit the use of various grinding technologies such as CBN or high-speed grinding. In addition, all well-known dressing concepts may be used, such as profile roll and continuous dressing. Features available on the workpiece side include a high-precision C axis, cylinder correction, and a workhead with hydrostatic bearings and synchronous drive technology. The internal grinding unit can be equipped with arbor-deflection compensation. Integrated and mounted loading systems can be employed for automatic workpiece changing.

Based on the Siemens 840D, the StuderWIN CNC facilitates quick and simple programming, setup, and correction, as well as the central control and operation of peripheral units such as loading systems, inprocess gaging, a balancing system, and sensor technology via one screen. Programming is supported by StuderGRIND programming software. This software can also be operated on an external PC.

The S-12 requires a mounting area of 4 m2. A wide lift door ensures access to the working area. Large service doors simplify the operator's work, and allow twinsided fitting of automated loading systems and the linking of several units. The grinder has pneumatic and hydraulic units that are integrated into the machine in a non-interacting manner in vibration and thermal terms, to simplify machine maintenance and optimize use of the available production area. Thx..hab gerade den ersten Text teilweise übersetzt is ja sehr verwirrend...wer denkt sich so ne scheiße aus? Ne Ode an die Tintenstrahldrucker... :cry: Weißt eigentlich noch paar Fragen vom Sewel?

nein da die fragen sich meistens um ein wort je auswahl nur unterschieden haben ich empfehle kleine wörter zwingend nachzuschlagen.
eine frage war warum der sockel aus diesem material
